MTI Education Committee Finalizes Education Program for Spring Meeting

MTI is excited to announce the Education Committee has designed another highly informative and engaging educational program for the 2024 Spring Meeting. The Spring Meeting will be held on May 2-4 at the beautiful Signia Hilton Resort in Orlando, FL, just minutes away from Walt Disney World and other famed attractions.

If you plan on attending the Spring Meeting, you will want to book your hotel room soon after the room block opens in January. MTI meetings always sellout, and Orlando is a big draw for attendees.

After much discussion on suggested topics from Members from past meetings, the Education Committee has designed two days of learning that puts focus on:

-       Emotional Intelligence for Leaders to Build Culture

-       Panel Discussion:  Keys to Parts Cleanliness

-       Building Curiosity That Drives Innovation and Employee Engagement

-       The Connection of the Economy, Election, and Changing Demographics

-       (2) half hour Table Sharing Sessions, on topics submitted by attendees

Positioned around the (2) half days of informative learning are two energizing receptions and dinners, as well as free time to enjoy all that Orlando has to offer.
