ANTI-TRUST STATEMENT
“IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT ANYONE PARTICIPATING IN A MTI SCHEDULED MEETING OR WITHIN THE MTI’S ONLINE COMMUNITY, MYMTI, OBSERVE CERTAIN GROUND RULES AS TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN EITHER. AS YOU UNDOUBTEDLY ARE AWARE, THE ANTI-TRUST LAWS PROHIBIT THE DISCUSSION OF A NUMBER OF MATTERS AT A SCHEDULED MEETING OR AN ONLINE COMMUNITY GROUP SUCH AS MYMTI. THERE CAN BE NO DISCUSSION AMONG YOU AT A SCHEDULED MEETING OR IN ANY OTHER PLACE INCLUDING ONLINE, CONCERNING THE PRICES PAID OR CHARGED BY THE COMPANIES YOU REPRESENT, OTHER TERMS OR CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED BY YOUR COMPANY IN THE PROVISION OF SERVICE, CREDIT TERMS, MARKUPS, PROFITS, THE GEOGRAPHICAL AREAS IN WHICH YOUR COMPANY IS SEEKING, OR MAY SEEK TO DO BUSINESS, OR PERSONS OR COMPANIES WITH WHOM YOUR COMPANY WILL OR WILL NOT DO BUSINESS. ANY DEPARTURE FROM THESE GROUND RULES COULD RESULT IN SEVERE CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES TO YOU AS INDIVIDUALS AND TO YOUR COMPANY.”
BY PARTICIPATING IN ANY MTI SCHEDULED MEETING OR IN ONLINE DISCUSSIONS WITHIN MYMTI, YOU AGREE TO ADHERE TO THE RULES AS SET FORTH IN THE MTI’S ANTI-TRUST STATEMENT.
