The Metal Treating Institute Kicks Off 2025 YES Management Training Program
The Metal Treating Institute (MTI) kicked off its 2025 YES Management Training Program in February, bringing together 45 executives from 38 Member companies. Over three days, participants engaged in intensive personal and professional development, including:

- A full-day workshop on "How to Build High-Performing Teams"
- Key strategies for Building and Executing Business Plans
- Overcoming Task Overload
- Setting Personal Goals for Success
- Developing Discipline to Achieve Long-Term Goals
- Essential Leadership Characteristics for Today’s Business Climate

The program featured hands-on experiential learning exercises, allowing participants to put theory into practice in real-world scenarios.
The YES team wrapped up the session feeling energized and ready for Session 2 in Philadelphia, PA in May.
Since 2007, the MTI YES program has graduated over 600 executives and continues to sell out annually. Companies that have participated report significant improvements in their leadership teams and company performance.
