MTI Kicks Off YES 2023 Class

The Metal Treating Institute kicked off the 2023 YES Management Training Program in February with 36 executives from 24 member companies.  The team of 36 participated in three days of personal and professional development that included:

-       Plant tour of Texas Heat Treating in Round Rock, TX

-       Full day of training on “How to Build High Performing Teams”

-       Keys to Building and Executing Strategy

-       Setting Personal Goals for Achieving Success

-       Building in Discipline to Achieve Goals

-       Characteristics You Must Have to Succeed in Today’s Business Climate

The participants engaged in various experiential learning exercises, as well to put into practice what they were learning.

The YES team finished up the training energized and excited to return for session 2 in Pittsburgh, PA in May.

The MTI YES program has graduated over 500 executives since 2007 and continues to sellout each year.  Companies who have sent team members to YES state that it has made a huge difference in the leadership of their company.
