MTI Graduates 34 Executives in YES Management Training Program
MTI is excited to announce it graduated another 34 executives from the 2023 YES Management Training Program at the Fall Meeting in Tucson, AZ. As each of the 34 executives’ names were read off to come to the podium to receive their graduation certificates on the final night, incredible phrases they had stated about the program rang out:
- “This program changed my life.”
- “This program made me a better leader of people.”
- “My family said there was something different about me and it was good.”
- “The YES program taught me how to empower my team.”
The list goes on and on with life changing elements for each graduate. Company owners and General Managers of graduates state that the YES program has played an important role in the professional development of building leaders within their company.
Since the YES program was revitalized in 2007, MTI has graduated over 555 executives from 24 to 72 years of age, at all levels of operations and management.
The program has grown so popular that the class has been expanded from 36 participants to 45. Even after expanding the class size, the 2024 and 2025 programs are already sold out. The 2026 class will open for registration in the summer of 2024.
