MTI’s Job Board Launches July 8th
Finding qualified workers is a #1 need of every industry. Recent surveys indicate heat treaters need an average of 3 workers per company to keep up with the production demands by customers.
In June, MTI launched its much anticipated Jobs of Tomorrow docuseries that includes 6-episodes building awareness on:
- What is heat treating?
- Innovation and advancements in heat treating
- Why choose a career in heat treating?
On July 8th, MTI will launch a state-of-the-art job board at HeatTreatCareers.com. MTI’s job board is powered by YM Careers, a leading provider of job board technology for associations. On the new job board MTI Members will be able to:
- Post available jobs
- Track your views for jobs
- View resume submissions & online applications
- Communicate with job applicants
MTI will be sending the Jobs of Tomorrow docuseries and job career website to universities with the top 15 metallurgical and materials science programs, as well as through MTI’s array of social media sites and industry publications.
