MTI Graduates 22 Executives in YES Management Training Program

Posted By: Tom Morrison Community,

MTI is excited to announce it graduated 22 executives from the 2021 YES Management Training Program in San Antonio, TX during the Fall Meeting in October.  The 2021 graduating class started out in 2020 as a team of 35.  Through the challenges of COVID and having to move the class to 2021, the team ended up with 22 by graduation night.

As each of the 22 graduate’s names were read off to come to the podium and receive their graduation certificate on the final night, incredible phrases they had stated about the program rang out:

  • “This program changed my life”.
  • “This program made me a better manager of people.”
  • “My boss and my family said there was something different about me and it was good.”
  • “The YES program taught me how to empower my team.”

The list goes on and on with life changing elements for each graduate.

Since the YES program was revitalized in 2007, MTI has graduated over 400 executives from 24 to 72 years of age at all levels of operations and management.  YES graduates experience four 2-day sessions over 10 months that include 7 plant tours, 4 days of leadership training, 3 days of personal development and over 20 hours of online technical and managerial training.

The program has grown so popular that the 2022 class is already sold out and 2023 is over 80% sold out.

MTI would like to thank the following list of companies who sent executives to the 2021 program:

  • Contour Hardening
