MTI 2023 Spring Meeting Registration NOW OPEN
MTI is pleased to announce that registration is now open for the 2023 MTI Spring Meeting. The 2023 Spring Meeting provides all Members an opportunity to get away from the distractions and grind of day-to-day business to connect with top executives in both heat treating companies and suppliers who provide products and expertise.
Each meeting, Members share that the three days away at an MTI national meeting gives them a chance to refresh their perspective on their business, as well as the overall industry in a fun and exciting meeting location.

2023 will be no different. MTI’s 2023 Spring Meeting will be hosted at the Naples Grand Beach Resort in Naples, FL on May 8-10. It will offer everyone a great transition from the chill of winter and snow, to warm sand and waves in 80+ degree sunny weather.

High Quality Education
The MTI Program Committee, made up of a dozen members, have put together an outstanding program that hits at the heart of topics on everyone’s mind. On day one, David Friedman, an expert on workplace culture, will share the keys to creating a workplace that employees want to engage in. David brings a practical application element to his methodologies that make it easy for you to implement into your company. Following David will be a session on Process Flow Mapping that unpacks the steps you need to take to ensure your plant is setup as efficiently as possible to minimize waste and maximize throughput from order entry to production to shipping. With labor being so scarce, this is as important as building an engaging workplace culture.
On day 2, two MTI Members will facilitate a Fireside Chat session where Members will break down four very big topics that attendees have chosen. This session is always interactive and informative, combining table discussions with full group discussion. Topics like employee recruitment, audit compliance, and customer issues have been discussed in past meetings.
MTI is very excited about the closing keynote, Joe Theismann, Super Bowl winning quarterback from the Washington Redskins. Joe is one of the leading speakers, with his energizing talk on “Leadership in the Face of Chaos and Unknown”. You will not want to miss it.
