Help the MTI Educational Foundation Raise $100,000 for Scholarships

Posted By: Tom Morrison Community,

Throughout the years, one of MTI’s Past Presidents, Paul Tadlock, designed a series of bronze statues to celebrate the heat treating industry.  Numerous MTI plants have these statues in their plants. The MTI Educational Foundation will be giving away one of the famed bronze statues located in MTI’s home office called “The Forefathers” (see picture).  This statue costs $5,000 to purchase brand new.

The MTI Educational Foundation is selling 100 tickets for $1,000 a piece to raise $100,000 for the scholarship fund in the Foundation.  At the final night awards dinner on Oct. 6, one lucky member will win the bronze statue in a drawing from the 100 tickets.

As of this week, MTI has already raised $10,000 of the $100,000.

Here is the key…You do not have to be present to win.  Any member can join MTI’s movement to help attract the next generation by helping them with scholarships for their education journey.

The MTI Educational Foundation has given out 35 scholarships for over $150,000 the last 5 years.  We want to continue that trend in the future.

The MTI and MTI Educational Foundation Board’s would like you to consider purchasing at least one ticket to help raise money for this incredible effort.  Do it today and help MTI reach the next generation of leaders for our industry.
