I was introduced to the heat-treating business by agreeing to mentor a potential upcoming manager. As I was in the process of mentoring/training, a job opportunity was offered to me if I transferred from the coatings plant to the heat treatment plant. I agreed and became the Sr. Production Manager. I was at the coating's facility for 25 years.

My job responsibilities is to manage the production managers, help set the budget and make sure the managers are controlling their set budgets. I lead senior meetings and have recently been asked to manage the wastewater department.
Some hobbies I enjoy outside of work are swimming, we just recently put a pool in at our house. Golfing, mostly going to the driving range with my husband. Spending all the time I can outside in the summer whether it is mowing the yard or just playing with the dog.
